Privacy Policy — Invoice Maker

Invoice Maker (com.vividcrown.invoicemaker) is provided by Vivid Crown (PVT) LTD. This policy explains how the Android app handles information.

Information you enter

You may enter business and customer contact details, bank details for display on invoices, invoice items and amounts, and images such as logos or stamps. The app stores this information, invoice drafts, settings, and generated PDFs locally on your device. Invoice PDFs are generated on your device. We do not operate an account system or automatically upload your invoice contents to our servers.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google and its partners may process information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to provide advertising, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Where required, the app presents advertising consent and privacy choices. The app does not intentionally send the contents of your invoices to AdMob.

Exporting and sharing

When you choose to save or share a PDF, you select its destination. If you choose a cloud storage provider, email app, or another service, that service handles the exported file under its own privacy policy. Original images you select from your gallery remain subject to your device’s storage settings.

Your choices and deletion

You can change business defaults and other preferences in the app. Existing invoices may retain details entered when they were created. To remove the app’s locally stored invoices, settings, images, and PDFs, use Android Settings → Apps → Invoice Maker → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the app. This does not remove PDFs you exported elsewhere, original gallery images, or information previously processed by Google for advertising. Delete exported files from their chosen destination separately.

Security and changes

The app stores its working data in its private app storage. We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when we make changes.
